These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stock AI mobile app, its website and its data feed (together, “Stock AI”). By using Stock AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Stock AI.

1. What Stock AI is

Stock AI highlights one U.S.-listed stock each market day that an automated system flagged as interesting: for example, because it moved unusually far, traded on unusual volume, reached a 52-week high or low, or had an earnings report or other news. “Interesting” describes unusual activity worth reading about. It does not mean the stock is a good or bad investment.

Stock AI is an informational and educational product. It is meant to spark curiosity and research, not to tell you what to do.

2. We are not a financial company

  • Stock AI and its developer are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, bank, or any other kind of registered or licensed financial institution or professional.
  • Nothing in Stock AI is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to follow any investment strategy.
  • A stock appearing in Stock AI, including as the daily pick or “on the radar”, is not an endorsement of that stock or of the company that issued it.
  • Stock AI does not consider your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

3. Picks are generated by AI

  • Daily picks and their write-ups are produced automatically. A quantitative screen scores stocks using public market data, and an AI language model that runs on our own infrastructure chooses one and writes the explanation. No human reviews a pick before it is published.
  • AI systems make mistakes. A write-up may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or statements that sound confident but are wrong, including mistakes about prices, events, or the company itself. Always verify information with primary sources before relying on it.
  • If the AI system is unavailable, a simpler automated template may write the explanation instead.

4. Your decisions are your own

  • You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their results. You might decide to buy a featured stock, sell it, or do nothing. That choice, and the research behind it, is yours.
  • Investing in stocks involves risk, including the possible loss of all the money you invest. Consider talking to a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results. Figures such as “since featured” moves describe what already happened. They are not a track record, a forecast, or evidence that future picks will move in any direction.

5. Market data and timing

  • Prices, volumes, news headlines, and other data come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
  • Picks are prepared before the market opens, using data from earlier trading sessions. Conditions can change quickly, and information may already be out of date when you read it.
  • News headlines and articles belong to their publishers. Links take you to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

6. Conflicts of interest

Stock AI does not accept payment from companies to feature their stock. Picks are made by an automated system, but the developer may own, buy, or sell securities that Stock AI features at any time, without notice.

7. Notifications and availability

  • Notifications are optional and are created on your device. They may arrive late, early, or not at all, depending on your device, its settings, and the operating system.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue Stock AI, or any part of it, at any time. We do not guarantee that a pick will be published every market day.

8. Acceptable use

You may use Stock AI for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Stock AI’s content or data feed; interfere with or overload our services; or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Stock AI.

10. Intellectual property

Stock AI’s software, design, and original content belong to its developer or its licensors. Company names, tickers, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the companies discussed. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

STOCK AI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT STOCK AI WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER OF STOCK AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, STOCK AI, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR STOCK AI, IF ANY.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Stock AI from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Stock AI or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Stock AI after an update means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, the app will ask you to review and accept the Terms again.

15. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the developer about Stock AI. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Failing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
