Privacy policy

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 17, 2026

IN SHORT

• No internet. The app has no permission to use the network.
• Nothing collected. No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
• Your files stay with you. They go from your camera or phone to this phone’s DCIM folder, and nowhere else.

WHAT IT READS

Files on the camera or phone you plug in, only while it’s connected and you’ve allowed access. It also asks to show a notification and keep the phone awake during an import.

WHAT IT KEEPS ON THIS PHONE

Your settings; a list of imported files (name, size and date) so a re-run skips them; run logs; and any feedback notes and screenshots you choose to save. Uninstalling the app removes them.

WHAT IT DELETES

Files on the camera or phone, only with Delete from source on, and only after each copy is verified on this phone.

PURCHASES

The store you bought the app from handles payment under its own privacy policy. The app never sees your payment details.

GOOGLE PHOTOS

If Google Photos backs up this phone, it uploads imported files under Google’s own privacy policy. This app takes no part in that.
